WHEN IS ELECTRIC WOODLANDS?

Electric Woodlands festival will take place on Friday 1st July & Saturday 2nd July 2022. (Subject to license).

HOW OLD DO I NEED TO BE TO ATTEND?

Electric Woodlands is an 18+ festival. Acceptable forms of ID are a passport, drivers licence or Citizencard with approved hologram. Photocopies and screenshots of ID will not be accepted by security.

WHAT ARE THE EVENT TIMES & LAST ENTRY?
Gates open at 14:00 on Friday and 12:00 on Saturday. Last entry will be at 22:00 on Friday and 20:00 on Saturday. Music starts at 16:00 on Friday and 13:00 on Saturday, and will finish each day at 04:00.

Bars and select food vendors will remain open until 05:00 each day.

CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE FESTIAL?
There is no re-admission to the festival or car park at any time. Tickets will be scanned on entry and exchanged for a wristband and cannot be used again.

WHAT TO BRING

CAN I BRING ALCOHOL TO THE FESTIVAL?
As an independent festival, bar sales keep the event alive. As a result, organisers limit the amount of alcohol you can bring.

Alcohol may only be brought into the festival campsite, and only if you have a camping ticket. There is a limit of 6 cans of beer, lager or cider or ONE plastic 1 litre bottle of cider or wine per person (this must be in a plastic sealed bottle. NO GLASS is allowed on site). Strictly no spirits of hard liquor are allowed.

Personal Alcohol or Food are not permitted into the event arena, just the camping site.

Please note searches will be undertaken upon entry to ensure this is complied with.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND SOFT DRINKS TO THE FESTIVAL?
Reasonable quantities of food for personal consumption can be brought and taken into the camping site only, however no camping stoves or cooking equipment are allowed. See the prohibited items section for a complete list.

Sealed drinks, like bottles of water and soft drinks, are allowed but will be checked on entry to the site.

Please note searches will be undertaken upon entry to ensure this is complied with.

WILL THERE BE CASH ON SITE?

There are no cash machines on site, so please ensure you have sufficient cash for your journey and time at the festival, or an alternative electronic payment method. All our vendors will accept cash and card (apart from car parking, which will need to be secured in advance).

CAN I BUY FOOD AND ALCOHOL AT THE FESTIVAL?
There are food outlets that operate till 6am and reopen at 8am, where bars on site operate till 5am and reopen at 11am.

Free drinking water is widely available but please bring a plastic refillable container (which you’ll have to empty before entry).

WHAT ITEMS AREN’T ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL?

The following items are prohibited anywhere on site at Electric Woodlands:

  • 2-way radios
  • Aerosols
  • Airhorns and megaphones
  • Animals, except authorised assistance dogs
  • Any item which may cause offence, danger, or disruption to another person.
  • Barbecues or camping stoves
  • Bikes
  • Campfires / fire-pits
  • Drones
  • Fireworks, flares, candles, or pyrotechnics, inc. Chinese / paper lanterns
  • Gas bottles
  • Gazebos
  • Generators
  • Glass of any kind
  • Goods for unauthorised trading
  • Illegal substances
  • Legal highs & new psychoactive substances
  • Nitrous oxide and any associated equipment (balloons, CO2 dispensers etc)
  • Portable laser equipment and pens
  • Professional cameras, film, or video equipment
  • Sound systems
  • Unofficial high visibility tabards or jackets
  • Large supplies of food may not be allowed (at discretion of security)
  • Any bottles with a broken seal will not be allowed.
  • Weapons of any kind or any items that could reasonably be considered for use as a weapon

CAMPING

WHAT FACILITIES ARE ON THE CAMPSITE?

Amenities on the campsite will include toilets, showers, and freshwater taps.

CAN I BRING MY LIVE-IN VEHICLE OR CAMPERVAN?

There is no provision for live in vehicles on the festival site, and attendees will not be able to stay in any parked vehicle overnight.

CAN I BRING VALUABLES TO THE FESITVAL?

All items left in the campsite are left at the attendee’s own risk. It is recommended that all important personal belongings are always kept with you whilst at the event and that you bring a suitable bag or belt to keep these items in. There are no facilities for lockers on site.

CAN I BRING AN EXTRA TENT OR SHELTER?

No gazebos, additional tents or unnecessarily oversized tents will be allowed in the campsite. Please note that you cannot drive into the campsite so all items will need to be carried from the carpark and drop off points, which is an approximately 5 minute walk.

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR THE WEATHER?

We prepare well for all weather conditions, and we ask our attendees to do the same.  Please ensure you bring suitable clothing for wet weather and changes of clothes to keep you warm at night. Ensure you bring appropriate sunscreen and insect repellent along with a refillable water container.

SECURITY & WELFARE

WILL THERE BE WELFARE/MEDICAL FACILITIES ON SITE?

The medical team are always present on site and will be clearly visible.  If you need to bring any medication to the festival, please ensure you bring it in the proper container, with the valid prescription and present it to security at entry.

The Welfare team are available 24 hours a day to support all attendees.  They offer a supportive and non-judgemental environment for anyone facing challenging or distressing experiences in a safe and calm space.

DO YOU HAVE A COVID POLICY?

The health and safety of all our staff and attendees is of the upmost importance and all current guidelines and regulations will be adhered to. If you are attending the festival, please follow and adhere to all current guidelines available at https://coronavirus.data.gov.uk/

We may update our entry requirements relating to Covid-19 at any time prior to the festival and will alert all attendees of any changes.

WHAT SECURITY WILL BE PRESENT?

We take the security of attendees seriously. Working with our security partner we aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment.

To facilitate this please always comply with the security team and follow the guidance below;

  • Lock your car and don’t leave any valuables in it.
  • Bring as few valuables onto site as possible and bring a suitable small bag to always keep them on you.
  • Download the Find My iPhone (or Android equivalent) app.
  • If you see or hear of any crime, unreasonable or suspicious behaviour please report it one of our stewarding or security staff who will be always clearly identifiable.

To facilitate the safety & security of the event, the event organisers reserve the right to refuse admission and evict attendees at any time. For details of our eviction policy please see our terms and conditions in the website footer.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY LOST PROPERTY?

Lost property hand-in points will be clearly signed and any lost property handed in will be logged by our security partners and securely stored on site. If you lose something, please contact one of our security or stewarding staff.

TICKETS

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Weekend camping tickets start at £99(+BF), and individual day tickets are £49(+BF), or £88(+BF) for two days with no camping.

You can also secure a ticket for just £29(+BF) with our deposit scheme.

More info on the limited weekend day tickets will be released at a later date.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?

Weekend camping tickets will get you festival access to the music on Friday and Saturday, as well as access to the camping ground from Friday till Sunday.

Weekend Day tickets will get you festival access on the Friday and the Saturday, but do not allow you to stay on site or access the campsite after hours. All Weekend Day ticket holders must leave the site after the show on Friday and can return on the Saturday.
